Olivia New

Olivia is from Ohio and attended Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan, where she was a student athlete for four years. She then attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She has spent her clinical time in a community mental health center, a women's shelter, college counseling centers, and most recently at the Springfield Veterans Center with heavy combat vets. A quick and easy mental health tip: to  pause throughout the day, multiple times, and take a purposeful deep breath to help slow your mind and body down.
