Ab Lab
This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the core through some innovative and fun exercises. Make sure to come early, as this class fills up fast!
Body Burn
Body Burn is a bodyweight training class designed to challenge you with both cardiovascular and toning exercises. Your body is your best piece of gym equipment! Bring your water bottle and prepare to burn, sweat, and tone... with just your body!
BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. The cutting-edge BODYPUMP™ choreography, and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors, you can get the results you've been looking for! Please arrive early to set up your barbell and bench.
BOSU Cardio Core
Integrated muscle training is used to work every muscle in the body on the BOSU to tone the middle, build strong lean muscle, create a hard core. Come to "BCC" for cardio, strength, abdominal training for all fitness levels.
Cardio Circuit
Cardio Circuit is a fun-filled group exercise class that is sure to get your heart pumping! This circuit-style class incorporates Tabata training and other high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) formats to give you the best cardio workout possible. Modifications will be provided for all ability levels. Grab your water bottle and get ready to sweat!
Cardio Dance
Come join a high energy, fun-filled, cardio dance class consisting of different styles of movements, including hip hop, reggae, Latin, and more. Come ready to work, sweat, and have fun!
Cardio Kick Butt
Cardio Kick Butt is a fusion of high intensity bodyweight exercises with kickboxing and Tabata formats blended in. This class will kick butt and will give your heart great work as you work your entire body! All levels welcome.
This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery, and/or themes. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.
Cycle ‘n’ Core
30 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of core training are packed into this fun and challenging class. You can look forward to great music and an energetic instructor.
Guts, Butts, Thighs
Just like the name states, this class will focus on the abdominals, glutes, and legs. The "GBT" instructor will lead you through abdominal/core exercises, squats, lunges, and a variety of lower body moves.
Get ready to sweat in this heart-pumping workout! This high-intensity interval training class uses intervals of cardio and resistance training to burn fat, strengthen muscles, and improve athletic ability.
Have fun exploring a variety of balance postures, including floor, standing, and arm balances! Modifications are provided for all levels.
Power Yoga
This yoga class will challenge you and increase your heart rate with strength poses and Vinyasa flows, yet still increase flexibility and promote relaxation.
Tabata Training
Join us for a great H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) workout that will blast calories during and after your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.
Water Aerobics
Dive into a water aerobics class to burn calories, increase cardiovascular endurance, and strengthen the core without impact on the joints.
Connect with your body, mind, and spirit while improving your strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. Each instructor has a unique teaching style and approach to yoga.
Dance to Latin rhythms while you get a workout! You will do the Salsa, Merenge, Cha-Cha, Belly-dancing, and a little bit of Hip Hop! Zumba is fun, easy, and a little spicy!
