Chair Massages - Summer 2015

Take a short break from your work and de-stress with a chair massage. Massage therapist Ericka Williams will provide fifteen-minute chair massages between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Wellness Center Resource Room on the following dates:

  • Monday, June 8
  • Monday, July 13
  • Monday, August 10

Reserve an appointment with Campus Recreation, at ext. 3468, by the Friday before each of the above dates. Participants may only register for the upcoming date.

The massage therapist also will be available on Tuesdays all summer for full body massages at the regular prices.

WOW! Wellness On Wheels

Upon request, the Campus Recreation wellness team will come to your office and present one of the following fun, hands-on workshops.

  • Hula Hooping: Feel like a kid again and hula hoop in the office!
  • Yoga Break: A short, relaxing yoga class to ease your mind and body.
  • Wiggle While You Work: Learn some exercises/stretches you can do at your desk or in the office.

Please email Kate Luscombe at at least 2 weeks in advance to request a W.O.W. workshop. Each workshop will last 15-45 minutes.  If there are other topics you would like covered, just ask!
