As the world continues to change, so does the field of education. At Springfield College, we’re committed to advancing effective teachers for the 21st century through our Working Teachers Program. You’ll graduate with strong critical thinking skills and reflective teaching practices that will prepare you to serve as an instrument of change and a leader in your school.
Our program is designed for the working teacher, with flexible class times, a professional learning community within your cohort of other working educators, a focus on enhancing teaching and leadership skills, and a philosophy of learning today and practicing tomorrow. At the end of all that, you’ll leave Springfield College with a master’s degree and initial licensure.
Don’t need a license? Earn a master’s in educational studies through our non-licensure track.
