Families of New Students Checklist

We're so excited for your student to join us at Springfield College! To keep you in the loop, here are some items they'll want to have taken care of before New Student Orientation.

Download the Springfield College Events app

Ensure they know their housing status, residential building, or have their commuter forms completed

Remind your student to complete their online educational modules: AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention

Pay the bill or enter a payment plan

Fill out and submit required health forms and insurance 

Fill out the FERPA Release Form (optional)

Return it to the Office of the Registrar (263 Alden Street, Springfield, MA 01109). Filling out this form allows College faculty and staff to talk to designated parents and guardians about academic records.
