Thank you for contacting the Office of Marketing. We are here to partner with you to provide effective and consistent marketing to promote Springfield College, its academic programs, students, and events.

New vs Repeat Projects -- Timing:

  • New projects can take 2 - 4 weeks to complete and may require a start-up meeting. A member of the Office of Marketing staff will contact you.
  • Repeat projects typically take seven to 10 business days from intake to delivery. Please plan accordingly.
  • We understand that on occasion, rush requests do arise. We will do everything we can to meet the deadline.

Assets

  • Please attach all assets (copy, photos, etc.) to this request. Missing assets will delay the start of your project.
  • Please provide all copy (text) as an unformatted Microsoft Word document (Calibri Body, font size 11), Please use the Clear all Formatting button to revert text back to Calibri. 
  • Please provide all photos in high resolution and as .jpg files, not embedded in a Word doc.
  • Please provide all external logos as vectors -  .eps, .ai, .svg  files. 
  • We cannot utilize any copyrighted images or text, so please do not upload any assets you do not have the rights to.
  • Please note that if you are requesting a social media post(s), this will be for the general audience, not just the college campus community.

Photography/Video Information

Please note that approval of photography/video requests is at the discretion of the Marketing staff as we focus our efforts on projects that enhance the College's enrollment needs. We will make decisions on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to suggest alternate solutions for requests we cannot fulfill.

Our goal is to help you reach your audience and maintain the College’s brand standards. We may suggest alternative products, services, or ways of doing things based on our expertise.
